Does that Price Include a Pool?

When it comes time to deliver a price to a client, we have already worked closely with them through lot selection, initial sketch, ¼” scale plans and specifications. We have walked the client through the plans and, through our detailed specifications process, identified all the materials and finishes they would like to include in their home. Austin Receives National Accolades

Have you heard? Austin has moved from recession to recovery, according to the Adversity Index, which means the data on jobs, manufacturing and housing grew from six months earlier. Austin made the move along with 79 of the nation’s 384 metro areas.
In a report that was released in April 2009, Austin surpassed four other Texas cities to be named #1 for Best Big Cities for Jobs in the nation. The Texas cities/areas that fell behind Austin were Plano/Irving, Ft. Worth/Arlington, San Antonio and Houston/Sugar Land/Baytown. The service sectors like education, health, leisure and hospitality among others grew tremendously over the previous months to help boost Austin to the top of the national ranking. Read More→
Texas is home to one city that made the Top Ten Best City list of 2009~ Austin! What is this ranking based on? In a word…JOBS….stable employment with the ability to create new, well paying positions, with the potential to generate even more jobs during its rise out of the recession. In July 2009, a Kiplinger article reported that Austin added 3,300 jobs during the past year, the largest increase in the nation.
Repeated reports boast education, hospitality, health care and government as contributors to this gain. However, Austin being the diverse city that it is, also boasted professional occupations, such as science, engineering, education and high tech companies, as key indicators of its strong job market.
