Hahn’s Host Thank You Party at Escavera

What a delight!  The Mayor of Escavera and his wife, as we fondly call the first homeowners in the Escavera Phase of Flintrock Falls, had a Thank You Party for the Sterling Team!  We completed their home earlier this year and they took the opportunity to show their appreciation by having us over to view their beautiful home.

The ambiance begins with an enchanting private courtyard and fountain, then you walk through the entry door and see all the way to their inviting back patio, pool & yard through their ‘wall of windows’ in the living room.  The living room is spacious & airy and the kitchen, dining and butler pantry areas flow together nicely to create one extensive living area.

This home is perfect for entertaining – from quiet dinners for a few to large, fun events for many.  The travertine tile floors and faux work add elegance and special touches to help make the home livable, comfortable and beautiful all at once.  The back living area is extensive with seven different seating areas, all surrounding an inviting pool complete with spa, grotto and a lively, changing light feature.

The Hahn’s were effusive in their gratitude towards the whole Sterling Team; they took the time to thank each one personally for all their efforts and hard work.  They thanked Duke for his team and Kevin for working so hard to build a home they love and would not do a thing to change it!
